“ The breakfast place was small, and threr wasn't too many choices. The Advertisement says one room with two single beds, but it resulted that they don't have that type of rooms and we got one room with a double bed to share.. not so good! the location was ok, near some bars and quite near to the Washington obelisk. Also is almost impossible to find a place to park. ”

“ Receptionist, as we came, did not have our names on the paper of new arrivals. She told us she would find our reservation out and then she ignored us for fifty minutes. ”

“ Lots of issues including not having our booked room, getting moved around, paying $50 to sleep on deflated air-bed, getting room with soaking wet carpet and some rude and ineffective staff. Main complaint though is that we were told they hadn't recieved our deposit (I have card statements saying they did) and were very rude about it. Told us either Hostels.com or manager had pocketed it so we had to pay twice. Am currently trying to contact manager to get our $40 back. ”
