“ cold, dirty and non-responsibility. The room is in other building and if something wrong the staff can not come. The wall was made by paper. Very thin, you will hear whisper from next door. And if someone get drunk or making noise.........just chose other hostels not this one. Very unsatisfied ”

“ The hostel is located in a nice central area of Prague, it is quite close to the tram and metro stations. At night you can hear an owl hooting :) Sometimes they put a "please, knock" sign at night time on the doors, and you have to wait quite a lot of time to enter the hostel. The hostel has a big kitchen with good facilities, but it smells so awful after cleaning. ”

“ Well. I have a complaint about the staff of this hostel. They are very rude and cold. I mean... as I get to a hostel, I like to be treated as a human being and as someone who´s paying for a service. They don´t really care about u. There´s a short dark haired girl at the reception desk who is very mean. She gives u information as if she´s doing a favor to u. wanna an advice? Go to st.Cristopher's mosaic. It´s just half block away from this hostel and staff is incredible (I stayed one night there) ”

“ Our room was ok! Beds ok, old madress with dishes.Strange signs EVERYWHERE reminds you never leave your valuables unattended. There is mould down in the basement where the kitchen's located and a smell in all common areas. There are safe-lockers in the room but the key fit to more than just your locker...accidently opened our roommates. Not a place for hangin round in, better just sleep there and cook your meals. If you can manage the strange smell during cooking it's worth it, really cheap!! ”

“ Very nice place, close to the main interests of Prague (walking distance). The only thing wrong is that the men bathroom, located downstairs, was very dirty and smells humidity (my boyfriend really hated taking a shower there). The women bathroom was good though. but I would recommend this place anyway! The staff was nice as well. ”

“ Good hostel with just one annoying feature though not major. Lights in toilets and showers shut off automatically, almost always BEFORE you are finished doing what you went in there for. How much electricity does that really save? ”

“ Not quite in the centre of town, but only a short walk. Bathrooms and dorms were clean, but the hostel cleaner was horrible. Other staff members were helpful. Good wifi and kitchen facilities. ”
