- “ We arrived at the "hotel" at 9:30 after a full day at the airports. The receptionist told us that he did not have our reservation and that it was us who cancelled it. Of course, we never cancelled our reservation. He tried to offer us a very dirty and brothel-like room in the hotel that he said he keeps for "emergencies" for the same price as our original reservation. In general, he was very rude and dismissive about us. I think the hotel overbooked and when we came they tried to blame it on us. ”
