Make sure to ask the staff for recommendations for where to eat. We tried all of the places that were suggested and were very happy with the food. Stephanie, from Philippines ~ 3rd Oct 2011

Urban House is nice and central, it is very social with activities almost every night, the staff is really helpful. It is not the cleanest of places, but the social aspect makes up for that. Anja, from Germany ~ 20th Sep 2011

A really fun and chilled hostel with very friendly, fun and knowledgable staff. Showers aren't the best getting around but I had such an awesome time it didn't really matter. No lockers which isn't great but good kitchen facilities, wi-fi and a great place to meet people as a solo traveller. Will stay again! Caitlyn, from Australia ~ 3rd Sep 2011

Staff were excellent especially tim and Josh! Facilities were great. Bathrooms were big and new and clean. Balconies overlooking main streets were awesome. Free Internet access. Great advice from staff. Loads of fun Ben, from Australia ~ 25th Aug 2011

The location was fantastic and the prices were reasonable, but the guy at the window kept giving us the wrong change when we were paying for our rooms (he did it twice). Also, our linens and pillows smelled of dried sweat. Jennifer, from USA ~ 3rd Jul 2011

The Miramar Pension of the Urban House is located in the middle of the beautiful old town. Fairly clean and tidy. We felt that two bathrooms are not enough for the people were around. I wouldn't suggest to rely on the breakfast. Better to pop into a bar, have a nice coffee and an early pintxo. :) Judit, from Hungary ~ 22nd Jun 2011

This is a text book hostel. A young staff that is working for their bed, lots of international guests who love to party, and a building that basically runs itself. The location is great, right in the center of old town and a few minutes walking to the famous Playa Concha. Thumbs up. Jessica, from USA ~ 18th Jun 2011
