Overall a very good calm place to stay. Nice staff, very helpful. Was a bit tricky to find, but location is superb, just in the center and close to the metro.

Dears, First to tell you this is the first and last time I make reservation over your site and company, since evrth you mentioned on the site was not in real. It was written that transportation was included in the room price, BUT it is not at all. They charged me evrth. This hotel is not a hotel at all, it is a ruined building with several rooms, shame really. They also charged me for some registration, which is free (I asked information desk in Russia, and the provided me with this answer), and no one asked me about this on the airport on my way back. So, just to take money. Thanks but no thanks anymore

We did not stay in this hostel. On arrival, after knocking several times, we were informed that they did not know of our booking. As a result we lost the deposit of 300 roubles paid to your site. We were incredibly annoyed, and althought the owner did find us somewhere else (actually nicer) to stay we wasted a couple of hours of a limited stay. The owners apparently can't access your site and instead gave priority to another booking who had made reservations for more than one night. We are neither happy with the service provided by your site - who on taking a booking should ensure that the hostel are aware of the booking, or with the initial response by the hostel. Both the site and hostel were reccommended to us by someone who had booked through you before and who will, like us, not use the site in future.

This place was great!! Very central location and really clean, almost brand new. The staff were sooooo helpful. We were staying over New Years and they helped to arrange our New Years eve for us!! Fantastic. Right near the subway and train station. Also, many bars/restaurants right near by. Highly recommend it!
Kate and Andre are especially helpful in answering any question or accommodating any request a guest may have. Their personal generosity and attention to the guests puts the Pushkin a cut above other hotels.

This is expensive for what you get. A let down in that there was no wifi, handtowels rather than towels and apple juice, yoghurt and a chocolate biscuit hardly constitutes breakfast.
A lovely stay Looking forward to our next visit. Have no hesitation in recommendingPushkin Park.
