The beds are extremely hard and do not make for a good night's sleep.

A big, dorm-style hostel, with shared showers/bath and decently-sized though characterless rooms with hard beds. Cheap for Helsinki though, and very accessible by tram or by foot to the main attractions in the center of town. Because so many people were staying, the bathrooms were pretty much always in use, but they seemed cleaned often enough. I\'m sure there are better places to stay but probably not as cheap as this. Staff was very helpful, spoke perfect English and had good tips about getting around. Frightfully expensive internet in the lobby, you\'re much better off finding an internet cafe in town.

Great Location!, very big room. Walls are a bit thin and you can hear people snoring. Lift was not working for our whole stay. But otherwise a great place to stay in Helsinki!

It's an easy walk to the city centre and very close to the port for ferries to Tallinn. The area is nice, quite and safe. Great spot for budget travellers. I'd stay there again.

There were days where the bathrooms weren't cleaned at all. The kitchens were messy and ill-equiped. The curtains could be darker considering the short night in the summer months. We had a hard time sleeping. However, it was nice to have a private room. No neighbors to complain about.
