the stay in this hostel was my worst experience i ever made in a hostel. it's dirty, in a dangerous neighborhood and the people there a scary. never chose this hostel unless you like it scary!

Don't stay here! The so called parking is a one houron-street parking space, and since this is one of the worst areas in SF, you definitely have to put your car into a safe indoor garage.

not clean at all, they charge more money than it show in the website.
toilets were very stinky , big mass,smell of mold,the floor it's sticky,
staff are disaster.

This was a pretty shitty hostel. First off, parking's a bitch if you drove. the nearest parking's three blocks away. then we get there and the lady wasnt even organized. she didnt even have our reservations, we had to show her the copy we printed at home. they dont take credit cards or atm, only cash. they charged a bogus charge of $10 for a key and $5 per person for linens which she never gave us nor told us where to get them! I asked her how early we could check out and she told me that no ear

Perhaps the best of this hostel as of now, is the host, an old womam, really charmful person who helps you on whatever you need.

it could be a nice hostel but my stay was horrible. Room was dirty, spots are everywhere on the ground, also windows .. and for the prices asked its too much!!
we are trying our best to make a nice hostel.

Very friendly and helpful staff. If you have any question regardless what topic (booking tours, serching cars, ...), they'll help you out. We had a private room and it was clean and save as you can expect it. All in all we felt welcome and had a very good time there for good money.
