Don\'t come to this hotel. The hotel SUCKS period. They did not have a room for me and they move me to another hotel. I paid for ensuite bedroom but they gave me a shared bedroom and still charged me for the same price. That\'s a big rip off. The people there were rude and were unfriendly. They just want your money. I have been staying in 10 different hostels so far and this is definitely the worst. It was a bad experience to me. There are plenty of hostels around Rome Termini Station and its better to live on the street than coming to this hotel.

The cleaning was fine but the toilets were a bit nasty. The price was ok but we will not stay here again.

We asked for airconditioning in our room to be put on every night because of the extreme heat, only to be told it was under maintenance for the whole building and not possible. However on the final night we discovered the room across the hall did have airconditioning, fully working, we were really annoyed. Also the maid kept leaving our balcony door wide open after cleaning which led on to the rooms next door and left us open for theft, we were pretty annoyed about this too.

This hostel was great! It was clean and safe and in an excellent location, just a 10 minute walk from the Colosseum and the Roman Forum.

This was the best hostel we stayed at in Rome, after having been cheated by Youth Station Hostel, and sharing communal bathrooms at Mosaic and being denied any change by the unfriendly concierge. The manager was willing to provide any amenities needed. There is free Wi-Fi in your bedrooms, and he even let us borrow a hairdryer since ours exploded. I really enjoyed staying here and it definitely met my expectations.

the room was really really hot, and to turn on the ar coinditioned we must pay a fee of 10 euros, what was extremmely necessary..it was hard to spleep without it, and the staff was never at the reception, we did receive any tip, or suggestions about the city, there is the roma pass..that every one talked about, but the hostel din't offer us any information, they just gave us a map, no we took the map from the shelves, was a good place well located but needs to impove it!
