Major problem with hostels.com!!! My reservation had not been transmitted to the FIAP. You took the 10 % downpayment but never told FIAP about it. I was lucky that they still had a room and that they gave me a 10 % discount to compensate for the money you took from me without doing anything. Next time, I will avoid using hostels.com, I'm very disapointed. Best, Val Zwiler
