Being right on the beach was great but the place as a whole was a disappointment. The mosquitoes nearly carried me off alive (in my june stay) and were so bad I was unable to sleep. I had booked a two person female-only room, and ended up in a bungalow with a couple instead. The staff was marginally competent but at least pretty friendly. The bathrooms/showers reeked. I ended up leaving early, and I wouldn't stay there again. The island was beautiful but this place was a dive- forget it and stay Maegan, from USA ~ 15th Sep 2009
