great location, very nice and helpful staff. freezing cold rooms (winter time) but really for the price i just bundled up and was fine. Blake, from USA ~ 8th Jan 2009

There is no heating during the day nor hot water.If you want to freeze during your stay this is the place to stay. I decided NOT to stay and moved to a cleaner, nicer Hotel (FIRAS PALACE HTL) where i was paying 5jd more. Think twice if you want to stay here. Alejandro, from Canada ~ 7th Jan 2009

The staff were very helpful. The hostel was hard for the taxi drivers to find. The cleanliness could have been better. However it was excellent value for money and it was a safe place to be with plenty of friendly fellow travellers. Janette, from New Zealand ~ 17th Dec 2008

attention sud b given to maintenance of the furnitures in the room, vacumming the carpet and smell of the cats waste/dropping and the sud av a free pamplets, maps and tranports to bus station or airports. thanks to Hanee the owner or FArah, he was very helpful for arranging our tour in petra and wadi rum. musa, from Malaysia ~ 13th Dec 2008

Not what our group had in mind. The staff provided little advice and were not very friendly. In addition the 9 bed dorm is nothing more than a cellar style room in the basement without any windows. Maybe rooms on different floors are better but we were not imprressed. And there is only hot water from 7-9 in the morning and at night. Jessica, from USA ~ 10th Dec 2008
