very dissapointing..hotel staff played music VERY loud at 4 in the morning and before that we couldnt sleep because of the fan. The seating area was just for staff and the dvd player was broke anyway. I didnt sleep well one night and the showers were freezing

i had the best time in farah hotel, good staff, nice beds i\'m living in jordan now but i still have contact to the staff there. this guy Hani is the best adviser when it comes to trips, organisation or just having fun in amman. you will never have these great experiences, just on your own. he shows you the best places, which are not mentioned in any guidebook. now after my stay there Hani and me became really good friends. I defenitly will come back

Everything is OK but there is no hot water at night. The staff said hot water for shower is only availabe at day time. However, by the price, I will go there again.

Needs better toilets!
i was traveling with my mother and even she loved the hotel. the staff was amazing, they helped us plan much of our trip in the surrounding area and we had a great time. they also reccomended amazing restaurants in our, low, budget and an amazing hotel for our stay in petra. if you're in Amman stayhere.

Good location...not character-laden, but a good value. The breakfast was not the best I ever ate, but not bad for the price. The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was fine...the bathrooms were very clean.

I was made to feel very welcome by Hani. A very good man, and more than willing to help. All the staff had great local knowledge and were more than happy to assist you.Comfortable rooms, good lounge area. A nice place to stay in Amman.

Unfortunately, the hostel didn't offer any tours when I stayed (end of May). They also weren't helpful in helping me find outside daily tours. And, when I checked in no one was at the front counter to help leaving me a bit panicked at 3 am. But location, price, internet, and breakfast make up for these issues.
