It should be made clearer that the hostel is quite a distance from the city centre.

This place was mostly terrible. The staff don't really have a good handle on most situations (or on English), and there were cockroaches roaming our room. Oh, and it's quite a hike (especially wearing backpacks) from the tram stop. Also, I'm not sure, but the directions may have said to take a bus, but it is definitely a tram.

Awful - worst place in the world. I even doubt that it was a ostel - it seemed much more likely that it is a flat being rented out to toursits for like, one night at a time. Rude staff, no shower, and appalling breakfast - they put out cereal, yet no bowls or milk. Thanks a lot. thwe rudest woman in the world worjs there too...not fun.

It is not even a real hostel. The owner live right next door to the room and the bathroom was disgusting. It was really hard to find and the room was not ready when we got there. Do not go there!

The map was so difficult do understand and to find the hostel. The staff do not speak english very well and do not have much information about the city. The place looks not so safe at night.

We LOVED this hostel. We were a bit skeptical at first, especially when we couldn't find it (the directions are pretty bad, but if you are okay with asking people nearby eg in the building, then you'll find it eventually) and when, once we finally did find it, there was no one there to let us in, but it was really fantastic. When we called Marco (the owner) to say we were there and there was no one there to let us in he came rushing back from his lunch to look after us, extremely apologetic. He
