The staff were extremely helpful in helping me find alternative accomodation when they realised they had double booked my room as a consequence of a computer glytch.

Really enjoyed relaxing by the pool - lovely garden. Having good home cooked meals at reasonable prices a real bonus. Plus free pancakes!! Thanks Becs for all your help with travel arrangements regards, Marienne & Rob S.

Really nice hostel with a great atmosphere. Don't advertise with 'always hot showers', when you really don't have them. It is a little bit weird that the staff used the campers kitchen for their noisy breakfast.

The rooms need some upgrading. Our bed was wooden mat was broken. The room looks unclean. It definitely needs a paint job and some work.

Faulty Towers was a cool place to stay. The breakfast was tasty. It is a very calm and relaxing place. Bathrooms were usually out of toilet paper and some things were a little dirty, but it was fine a suitable for any backpacker who is rolling through Livingstone.

You get what you pay for. Dorms are just like anywhere else, i.e. simple and cheap. Toilets are a bit messy but ok. Overall atmosphere is great! Take advantage of their free shuttle at 10 am to the falls!

Recommended here don't know why. Staff not particularly friendly; did what they had to. Issue getting taxis, felt was being ripped off as 1 from hostel 10,000 more than normal. They said it was security but there was no other advice. Friends + myself later discovered, i.e. unofficial curfew after 10pm, muggers operating in area, all of which I discovered at another hostel. No interaction, chill out/sitting area too small. Staff not prepared to move from front desk. Disappointed
