We turned up during a very busy period and despite booking a room were told that there was no room at the hostel. We were then given a room at the hostel owners own flat with his family but were offered no discount and had to pay a lot despite the inconvenience. However it has to be said that the staff were very nice and helpful and seemed apologetic about the matter
