This is my second stay at East Coast Fernloft, but it was worse than last experience.I asked to make up the room for 4 days but nobody did and the garbage still there 4 days.It's very disappointed.
HI We apologise for your discomfort but we do housekeeping everyday. The dustbin was empty everyday , however we do not dispose other things that is not in the bin to avoid misunderstanding . We will keep a vigilant lookout on the housekeeping . Thank you for your feedback

Everything is good except for distance from MRT station. MRT in Singapore is so convinient that travelers will usually use MRT. So it can be a big inconvinience for u.
We do have the disadvantage of this but the buses right at the doorstep that goes through the city and major attraction make up for the distance from the MRT. Traveling with the public buses actually lets you see the local scenery of Singapore as it loops through main road and lanes !

Lovely place to stay during holiday,,the staffs'r so nice,helpfull,talkative Even d location is quite far from down town but reachable by bus.
Heehee i hope being talkative is a bonus ! Anyway we had enjoyed having you here !

Super location for outdoor activities, only 10 minutes from the East-coast park. I swam, cycled and roller bladed. The hostel has 3 bikes (FREE use). A quaint local pub below has food and drinks at 30% off and a 7-11 next door. Rooms are clean and regularly maintained. Coffee and toast in the morning. Showers clean and hot. Free WiFi and computer. A 15 minute bus trip to Paya Lebar MRT which is the circle loop of transit to most attractions. Staff friendly and helpful. Super value all around. Gary, from Canada ~ 27th Jul 2011
