HI,I was in the bed in-front of the door so every time someone entered the room(day or night),left the door open (night and day)I was exposed to everything and everyone so I would suggest curtains or a simple barrier to offer your customers some protection/privacy in the room for the person who ends up in a mixed room and is in front of the door. I dun know why so many posivite comments without complains or suggestions. It's a good value, but really needa improve the facilities. In a floor of 24, 20, 10 beds dorm, only one sink for washing your face? and 2 out of the 3 showers are broken.. And the rooftop is closed at night? This hostel is very comfortable. I could chill out all the day thanks to good facilities, location, stuff. Especially, A man whose name is Ryan is awesome. The two Filipino staff are friendly and very helpful.They are knowledgebul in directing how to get to the shopping mall via bus, monorail, and LRT.If I have to go back again to KL, I would like to stay in a hostel run by these two staffs. However, the hostel management should provide a different coffee as what they have for the guests is gross and very strong, not drinkable.I also think they should provide milk and cereals for the guests. I met some good people here, most people are either coming in or going out from the airport and it is quite easy to meet people. The air conditioning was intense at some points, but when its so hot outside you can kind of understand it!! Edward, from England ~ 3rd Sep 2011

The guys working there were friendly... when you could find them!It seemed like the front desk was unstaffed far more often than there was actually someone there to direct questions to... that was annoying when the free coffee machine was out of coffee at breakfast, the washing machine didn't work and the toilet wouldn't flush, etc.Not to mention there was a rat running around the lobby as I was on the computer one night.
