Absolutely unfriendly, unmotivated staff, who is mostly not present behind the counter. It was hard to communicate with them in English as well. The guests from the hostel are mostly Asian people who can't speak English. The guys go into the lady's bathroom, which is in the worst condition.. The floor is flooded with 3 cm high water, it is dirty as hell, only 3 small shower cabins (not lockable) which are toilets at the same time.. flooded as well and hardly any toilet paper. No hand soaps, no Marie-Isabell, from Germany ~ 6th Nov 2009
