I thought the hostel was good. The owner of the hostel is lovely- very welcoming and helpful. I enjoyed my stay here. Only tip is to put a sign up out the front of the hostel as it was a bit hard to find.

There was very poor security within the hostel. The bathrooms were very dirty and almost unusable.

they said they had hot showers but the showers were very cold !

The way how the staff handled our reservation was a bit too careless, and at the end we didn´t know where we were going to stay our last night. Finally we were moved to another building. (The building was nice though, but the after taste wasn´t as they didn´t reveal the location until at night.) Plus they charged us more than they were supposed to.

This place was a lot of fun! The patio was great for hanging out and meeting new people. The staff was very friendly, too. The location is great, very close to the metro and the train station. I had a great time here, and you can't beat the price!

Stayed in a very nice and clean ensuite room! Unfortunatly the air condition didn't work. There is a lot of trafic, starting about 5 a.m. Italians sure honk a lot! It's close to the railway station and a grocery store. A bit scary neighbourhood at dark. Can't tell about internet, laundry, kitchen etc since we never used it. Very talkative owner! :-)
Very funny!!! Not very clean, but the staff is very polite. Marco is the best!!!! The location is good, you have train and tranvia near to the hostal. Never pay at bus and tranvia;)

IS a great place to stay, the rooms are really good, and the staff is amazing! Could help a little more cleanliness in the toilets, but I guess that is fault of the clients, cause the rest is great! I highly recommend it!

Some of the staff are very nice. We were upgraded to a bigger more private room for no additional cost because some other people decided to stay longer. The location as far as things to do, cleanliness, or noise is not the best.
