once found, fire place was really nice. if you have trouble finding it, call the hostals phone number, you can meet up at the pharmacy (аптека), which is easy to find.. breakfast is rich, staff was helpful. Simon, from Germany ~ 17th Nov 2009

Postitive: very clean, cosy and nice hotel, centrally located, breakfast was good and staff was very nice Negative: HARD TO FIND (no sign and back entrance!), staff did not speak english One other thing is that you have to pay in Rouble but you get a very bad exchange rate so we had to pay more than we should have to!!! Hostel was not in the address that was mentioned in the hostel guide. I had to call to hostel and girl came to pick me. No sign of the hostel on the street. Staff didn't speak english. Veli-matti, from Finland ~ 26th Jul 2009

It would have been nice if the person at the reception had spoken some English. However, one of the receptionists (I think her name was Zamira) was very friendly and always tried to help with her online translator. Unfortunately, our booking was messed up and we didn't get our ensuite room. But the shared bathrrom was clean. Sabine, from Germany ~ 24th Jul 2009
