I was just in transit and needed a place to stay for a day. It was perfect for what I needed. It´s in a nice clean part of town and the rooms and facilities at the Y were very good.

I've been a guest at the Flushing Y on two previous occasions and this was the worst visit. Never stay on the 4th floor, the rooms are a disgrace...it's as if they're an afterthought.

We saw a big cock roach in our room and had to kill it. It did not make sleeping that night very easy to do.

Staff were great really helpful, we were two young girls travelling on our own and we felt really safe, would definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone.

A bit far away for manhattan, you have to take the 7 ligne subway 'till it ends ! The area is not really nice, and the hostel is noisy. The rest is good. Sometimes the bathroom was not clean, the fault to the residents who were mostly pigs.

This location is ideal for travel to near -by boroughs like Brooklyn;Queens and The Bronx. I enjoyed the historic city of Flushing. I stayed on the fifth floor; where the Wi-Fi signals are the weakest. I did not have a TV in my room;but I did not miss it!

The staff was excellent and accomodating to me as I have a walking disability. It was clean, safe, and I enjoyed my stay. I would stay there again.

It's an excellent hostel like a hotel.Only the bathrooms are outside the room. But bathrooms are very comfortable, clean. The linens, towels are very clean and they're giving soap, towels. It's a little far away the subway. If you want to stay more than a few days in nyc,it's good for you.Because the subway's duration is 40-50minutes to manhattan, times square.if I come back again to new york,I'll stay in this hostel definitely.

The single room is so samll (not the same as shown in website). The location is far from Flushing Main Street Subway (at least 15-20 mins by walk). No breaksfast provided because their staff said I didn't reserved it when I made a online booking (I don't know why???) Quite long travel from Flushing to Manhetten( take aroud 45 mins - 1 hour) Advantage is the taxi from it to LAG & JFK airpoet is cheaper than from Manheetan (just about $13 to LAG, $23 to JFK).
