  • Best things about this hostel are its location and price. It`s situated just in the old town, 1 minute on foot from the Old Square. But there was no laundry and no kitchen. A smoking zone was on stairs and the only place where you could relax was in my room. Beds were not very comfortable, but there was a lot of space in the room and a lot of light from four windows in the ceiling. Not bad variant for those who want just a place where to sleep for little money/

  • I cannot recommend this hostel. The reception is not open and there are no staff around at any time. We arrived during the hostel's stated office hours but had to call to get access to the hostel and check in. The same happened when we wanted to check out. The room was ok and clean. The restrooms were smelly and the showers were blocked and dirty with hair. I have never experienced such poor costumer service in any other hostel.

  • The reception is often without anyone to do the check in and check out (even in the hours they say it´s open), which is very boring if you need to leave early. The doors open without keys and there are no lockers. The location is great and the bed sheets were clean, the floor could be more clean though...

  • The only good thing about this hostel is the name and the location. I know it's cheap, but I've stayed in better hostels for the same price or even lower! Ok, there is no common room, no kitchen, I can live with that, but staff are hard to find. They were not on time to open the reception, the toilets were clean once a day, so the next morning they were disgusting. AND they are doing some construction in the street and it was not advertised. Couldn't sleep at all.

  • I need to report this hostel because we faced a big problem booking in it ! When we arrived to Prague, we went to the hostel, and we found a sign on a building where it s written hostel franz kafka. we ringed the bell but no one answered. and than we discovered that there s another group of 5 people that have been trying to contact the hostel for the past 2 hours with no answer ! this hostel must be a fake one and it should be closed ! I lost 10 $ when i booked and i m sure a lot of people did !
