  • A fantastic choice for Celtics fans. The atmosphere in common room is good. Staffs are very kind. I missed the almond scent of their liquid soup~

  • Great area for this hostel and close to North Station, very close to the Italian area of Boston (North End) and plenty of bars nearby which is handy as there is no alcohol allowed here when I wrote this. Coffee shop downstairs and free breakfast definitely a plus. Would stay here again.

  • Nice Location. It's about 5 mins walking distance from the Green Line North Station. Relatively close to the Government Station. Staff was nice and knowledgeable. Free WiFi. Clean sheets. Free breakfast from 8-10 am. Maybe the price is high, but I wouldn't know because this was my first hostel.

  • I thought the hostel was adequate - not great, not bad. I only needed a a bed for the night at it fulfilled that need. Though the price is average for the States, $40 a night seems a bit steep for a hostel.

  • This is a bare-necessities hostel. The bathrooms and showers are good, there's hot water,it's in a very good location, no safety concerns. But if you're looking for a glamorous hostel experience, you have come to the wrong place. The dorm can have upto ten beds, the room can be cold and your blanket is thin. Mattresses aren't too comfy, but everything is very clean. Breakfast is pretty lame, don't expect to fill up on free grub. Overall good, had what i needed, but should have been cheaper.

  • An really nice staff and really easy to find... plus it is really well located if you're in town only for a few days and don't want to waste time in the subway to get downtown!

  • Been here twice. It's pretty much my go-to spot when I visit Boston. It's in a convenient but quiet location. Even though the TD Bank arena is extremely close, I haven't had any issues hearing loud drunk people in the street. I'm impressed by that.

  • Very friendly, conscientious, responsive staff. Lockers, rooms with combo locks, locked luggage room, combo lock on outside door. The bathrooms don't have sinks. The only sink is the kitchen sink downstairs. The bedding is clean but probably needs to be washed/dried hotter to kill stuff. I was bit by something in the night, but I don't think I brought it home thanks to the lockers and luggage room- my stuff wasn't near the sleeping area. Don't bring or wear anything you own, to bed.

  • I have some very good memories with this hostel, mainly because of the people I met here. Very good atmosphere, location also very nice, just 1 1/2 block away from the North Station subway. There is a common living room with TV, PC (free, I think), some board games, a list of recommended activities for each night and sometimes a movie night is organised. Breakfast included. Price could be better. Heating was broken temporarily, but they gave us extra blankets and electric heaters. Overall: good.

  • This is truly a great location in the north end. I was able to walk to everything I wanted to see. The staff was extremely friendly and they were always getting people together to go out and have fun. They have a cafe downstairs that was perfect for breakfast. They did have a hot water problem so I did start my day with cold showers but that was being fixed. I would stay there again with out a doubt.

  • It is nice as a hostel. Maybe ten beds are too much, as the mattress usually squeeze when you move. Restrooms are clean and ok. Breakfast is ok, but it's a pity they do not have a kitchen. It is a bit expensive for ten beds dorms, but you won't find much better.

  • The bathroom is terrible. You practically don't have any place to put your stuff to take a shower and from the door everyone can see almost everything inside. So, it is good to advise that you will change clothes inside the box and will put them on a wet floor. Also, I felt that the atmosphere was too morbid for a hostel. At least, the staff is amazing.
