- “ Convenient near Silver Line to/fro airport, TD Garden Stadium, and North End with wonderful Italian food. I felt safe walking there with luggage @ midnight. Includes coffee, PB & J, cereal (whole milk only) for bkfst, and reasonably priced cafe downstairs. 1 computer for complimentary use, and the kind staff will let you email important docs (boarding pass, train ticket) to print free. Come prepared with a towel (or rent one for $4) and lock for cubby under bunk. Sundries for purchase. ”

- “ The advertisement said that lockers are provided in every room. My room did not have lockers in it, and there are no lockers in common areas. So, I did not have access to a locker. I was also charged slightly more (about 5 dollars a day) than the amount stated in my reservation confirmation. ”

- “ Hostel was nice and the location is great, but they have bed bugs in those beautiful wooden beds and floors and they didn't warn us about them although they already knew, while we were there. I really hope, I didn't bring them home with me... ”

- “ I didn't like the stairs very much but worse was the fact that there was no telephone that I could use and there was no phone booth in the area. The hostel should consider installing 1 or 2 phone booths for its customers. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay in the hostel and the staff was always polite and helpful. ”

- “ Noisy bar next door, loud music Fri & Sat nights, but as it is a very centrally located place, this cannot be a surprise. First impressions, up the stairs in a dodgy street are very bad. Once you are in it is a safe pleasant place that does a good line in free pastries. ”

- “ There was a lady that complained about being bitten from bed bugs. She also mentioned being allergic to them. I was a little scared about them, but either they don't like my blood or I am just not sensitive to them. ”

- “ I gave cleanliness very poor because of BED BUGS I had a bad experience with their beds. They offered me an old wood bed stuffed with bed bugs.. one of them was in the size of a dime. I talked to the guy there and he offered me a new bed (metal) it was good, but I spend most of time cleaning my clothes from bugs.. I donno why people are giving this place five stars??? There is no A/C .... Very Hot in summer... Good place... subway is near and bathrooms are clean... IF you wanna go , DO NOT ACCEPT ANY ”
