- “ Very nice atmosphere. Love the friends theme. Was traveling at a slow time of year so it's hard to evaluate the fun aspect in terms of events going on. My friends were told they needed to pay for registration, which I don't think is necessary because they were staying in Petersburg only two nights and only five business days in Russia altogether. Also, wi-fi is advertised but the signal was so weak that it didn't work at all on the floor we were staying on, but overall, highly recommended! ”

- “ Beautiful hostel and wonderful staff. Only reason this didn't get an "excellent" in the location is because at night the disco across the street can wake you or keep you awake. Street seems a bit sketchy, but it's all right. Stayed here a week and in that time met only a couple other travelers. Most occupants are Russians working in the city, so there's a different vibe. Free phone, internet, laundry...can't go wrong. Would definitely stay here again and I am sorry to leave this hostel and city! ”
