This place was great! the owners were so friendly and helpful with restaurant recommendations and such. i stayed in the cabin before and after an artarctica cruise and would highly recommend this place to anyone going to Ushuaia. it was a very comfortable place that was priced very reasonably.

The hostel is a real family home. The owners are really nice friendly people and I was made amazingly welcome as if I was at home. It is a little walk form town but nothing untoward. Highly recommended
Alejandro and Frances made my eleven-day stay in their home exceptionally friendly and comforatble. I give my highest compliments to the Galeazzi-Basily Guest Home. Jimmy

Our stay was excellent in all ways. I am contacting the hosts separately and also recommending them to friends in the Falklands/Malvinas. A wonderful couple in a really good house.
Excellent choice. Very quiet and easily accessible from the main street (take Rivadavia--less hilly). Just like being at home.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, particularly staying in the new cabins at the back of the property. The owners were more than helpful and really went out of their way to make our time in Ushuaia worthwhile. A great spot. I also stayed in a room in the house which was also fine.
It was a true pleasure to stay with Frances and Alejandro. They were incredibly friendly and helpful. The next time I am in Ushuaia there is no other place I would consider staying. My last night in town I stayed at the 4 star "Hotel Albatross" and it paled in comarision.
