Gardet Bed & Breakfast in Stockholm, Sweden

Most categories are rated average, because I don't know anything about them. We did not stay there, because the already confirmed booking was canceled by the owner. We just got a short e-mail, informing us that they are fully booked since one of their guests is staying longer at the B&B, because they changed their plans. Unbelievable behavior in my eyes. On top of it they offered us a room without a door as compensation! Nothing I can accept. At least hostels.com refunded the deposit.

We try do our the best for our guests all of the time. Of course it is very pity that we can't satisfy you, Mr.Sebastian Prost during your vacation at the highest holidays sesons in Stockholm. A lot of tourists would like to stay in Stockholm exactly during the month of August! It is very sad to read your raiting grades, because you did never stay with us, so how objectif should be your comments about our cleanliness, location, fun, security, character and staff?!

A very nice place with nice staff. However, we were counting on a double bed and when we arrived we only got two singles - one in a bit poor condition. The staff was very helpful to make it better, though. Cecilie Mazanti, from Denmark ~ 18th Jul 2009
