Great little hostel close to central train station. No locks on the room doors, but there are lockers provided and the main door is key-controlled. Great kitchen, not so sure about the communal showers!

Great location, within 5 minutes walk of the main train station, and lockers are available for use as well. Would defiantly stay again. Need to pay for internet but a comfy place for a solo traveler.

Very clean and safe, but there is no much fun.

GOOD LOCATION> All I can say is very basic but its a true hostel so what can you expect. Builders started work very early in the morning outside though so hopefully it was just a one off. Showers are the ones you have to keep pressing in and not the cleanest i've seen in Germany but hey it wasn't the worst i have seen...

We spent a little extra to get a private room at the GastHaus, however we were unable to lock the door. The lock wasn't broken, but the staff made us drop off the key since we were leaving before their office opened. Also, the window curtain was transparent and not at all useful in Bremen during the summer when it stays light outside until very late.

I found this hostel to be well located, clean and very good value for money. I would probably use this hostel again if I return to Bremen.

By now, this was the best hostel i have been to. Very clean, very safe and friendly. The staff changed our room with one on the ground floor, because we had to many lagguages to carry upstairs. There is a comon room, where you can make friends and a clean kitchen. Very nice!

I simply loved it! The best part: beds that don't squeak, very clean ¢ral. You pay €3 for sheets, but they were expertly laundered, crisply ironed! There were no locks on the room doors, but you have a big locker in the room, so this didn't bother me. I liked it because it meant less hassle with keys. I've been at hostels in cities like Barcelona where security is a real problem, but here it wasn't an issue. It's in a quiet area, so the only noise is from your roommates!
