Reception hosts were useless and rude. Didn't know about basic things about their own hostel and the city, such as whether the hostel had ovens or not, or if the lounge had a dvd-player. After a week "ask in the reception" became our internal joke..

This is NO hostel...its a resort. It is one of the best hostels I have ever stayed at. STAY HERE

the staff are the most miserable bunch of people could imagine, the mood is only surpassed by their complete incompetence. however there are not enough of them to manage their way out of a paper bag. This results in huge queues for everything, from booking an excursion to asking for some change. the noise from the open air night club is, at times, unbareable, going on til 3 am; with some rooms placed directly above it. the claim that there is a 'massive' swimming pool is questionable to say the least, i've seen larger paddling pools, the loungers surrounding this are little more than wooden benches, most of which are broken or near to collapse. granted the bunkbeds are fairly wide, although i'd prefer not to look at the revolting brown stain on the under side of my fellow traveller's bed!

5 of 8 beds in my room were infested with bed bugs. However, the staff was very friendly and accommodating in dealing with the matter. This is very much a party hostel and would recommend it to anyone looking for a good time rather than rest.

kitchens are shocking spent hours searching for a forks cups and other kitchen utensills, 540 beds, and enough equipment for 20 people.. seriously come on

Pretty sweet hostel! Usual comment from everyone is that this place is pretty loud and it is! But I didn't mind so much. Music was awesome, nice big pool is awesome and the location rocks.
Very nice hostel, really enjoyed my stay. Only problem is a lot is missing from the kitchens. The free gym is a brilliant feature!
