- “ When booking the hostel, I did a downpayment (10%) via creditcard. When I assumed that I could also pay with creditcard which was not possible. From the hostels.com conditions (booking confirmation) it was not clear that it was not possible to pay with creditcard. The conditions mention "Should your credit card expire or your credit card details change prior to arrival, please contact the hostel directly with the amended details", this gives the impression that you can pay with creditcard. ”
