- “ In a residential area and really hidden. The building is awesome and really warm. Book here get free continental breakfast tickets, which is a good breakfast. Have to pay for internet £1 an hour wifi/pc. Staff very helpful with directions and information. Laundry cheap and have a drying room which saves money at the dryer. 3 Large common rooms, large efficient kitchen and dinning area. Large lockers in the rooms and larger lockers for luggage. Beds are comfortable - have to make and strip them ”

- “ I love YHA Scotland. It's a large organization where the large hostels such as the one in Glasgow keep the smaller ones on the Highlands and Islands running. So this hostel is a great base to organize the remainder of your trip in Scotland.. It lacks charm, but the building and location of the hostel are great. Staff helpful and I still can't believe that they got a property in the most expensive and exclusive part of Glasgow. Only thing lacking is a good library and area to meet other people. ”

- “ The hostel was nice, but huge! I spent a lot of time in the lounge since it was my last stop on my UK trip and I was broke and exhausted... but I barely saw anyone else. The other thing was paid internet access. This was the most expensive hostel I have stayed in while in the UK... and it was £1 per hour to use wifi! I also kept having issues where the wifi would stop working. For £21-23 you'd think they could give 1 hour of internet... Was very nice and clean tho!! And the staff were GREAT. ”
