  • The "extra" rooms like the tv and gaming room are quite sad. Also the huge flights of stairs without an elevator were super annoying. To just do you laundry was a serious cardio workout going up and down 4 very long flights of stairs. We also only had 1 power outlet in a room with 8 people? Come on now.

  • Very sterile and weird atmosphere. When I got there, 20 people were sitting in the lounge room and NOBODY was talking. When I asked the receptionist for advice on the must-sees in Glasgow, I was handed a tourist map and told, that I'll find all the attractions on the map. Never experienced such unhelpful and indifferent staff at any hostel before.
