Glenbrittle Youth Hostel in Fort William, Scotland

The quality of the mattress was a challenge for me. Poor quality foam which compresses in the middle with moderate use and is like sleeping in a bed that sags in the middle. I ended up sleeping with the pillow under my hips to stop getting a sore back. Other than that, the basic nature of the hostel was for me part of the charm given it's remote location and it's ideal location for walkers and mountain climbers. Fabulous spot!
