Glendalough hostel is the best place in Ireland to stay. It's immaculate, peaceful and comfortable. Very highly recommended.

the hostel was nice and the area is absolutlely beautiful with great hiking, but there were large groups of children staying at the hostel making noise till very late. the hostel seems to have these groups often, so i would check before you stay, it was not a very plesant expereince.
