My experience at globetrotters was very good except for the fact that you guys didn't have lockers... Having dedicated lockers where people can put their valuables is really important and something which you should look into.

The place was clean enough and the staff was somewhat friendly. There were very few showers and they only let out a trickle. It was also hard to find an outlet that worked. The breakfast of PB&J everyday wasn't very innovative either. At least it was cheap.

This was my first experience at a hostel in the USA. I was extremely pleased with the hostel and the arrangements they provided regarding parking. I was a little put off by the other guests as I felt some hostility. I was just surprised at the lack of friendliness. I don't feel this reflects on the hostel in any way just the guests. I had an amazing stay and have recommended this hostel to some friends who are planning a trip to the bay area.

It's a small place; do not expect too much. One shower had no warm water. The location is supurb. For the price and location, it's a good deal.

The location is amazing. It is only 2 blocks away from downtown. so you can enjoy downtown sanfrancisco at night without any problems. Also, staff are kind and helpful.There are only 2 shower rooms in the hostel, but it was not a big problem. I think this hostel is pretty good place for traveling. you can really enjoy sanfcancisco with cheap price.Thank you!!

Careful when you unload your luggage. The streets are not very safe. We lost our suitcase when getting from the cab to the hostel, have a suspicion that someone on the street grabbed the suitcase (we had 8 luggages though) in the rush. The people working in the hostel were helpful and friendly though.
