This was the best hostel I have stayed in so far in my travels around Europe. The staff are friendly for the most part, although I did have an issue with one guy who ignored me and then tried to make up for it by giving me a much needed safety-pin, so it worked out. The breakfast is awesome and the hostel is linked to the Townhouse hotel, so you definitely have a nice atmosphere going on.

The staff was not very welcomer. Unfortunately, during 2 nights, i was waked by a spaniards drunk group around 3 am in a my room. The shower in the rooms seems to have a problem (it's impossible to set the temperature properly...sometimes it's too cool..sometimes it's too hot). The flushing system of the toilet in my room seems to have a problem too. This hostel is a pure crap. There are better hostels eslsewhere in dublin.

Stuff was very helpful and hilarious! The location was very close to the main drag and the hostel was very cozy and offered a delicious breakfast! Well worth the money!

The staff was less than helpful when my neighbors staged wild room parties at 3am after their return from the pub. the walls are very thin too. Overall, not recommended for the price they take.

A real good hostel and I have a real hard time to figure out what the differences are between a regular hotel room and the room we stayed in - we had our own toilet, shower, hairdryer, TV, security box etc. And the breakfast gave the day a really good start - but be sure to eat early since all the residents tend to come for a bite around 9 and the it becomes hard to find a place to enjoy your meal. We stayed there in Dec. and I must say the they have the most cozy reception and interior for this time of the year :o) Real value for the money

The breakfast is the deal-breaker here. So good, and gives you a nice start to your day.

Bathrooms were very small and outdated. Showers were tiny.
