there was clothes and things all over my bed when i arrived. information about payment, key return, directions to room were minimal if at all. i had to work it all out myself. very dirty, office opened too late and closed too early. staff were unfreindly and didnt want to be there/ hungover and just got out of bed. not helpful at all. didnt see any "free" breakfast. cheap/ close to town u paid for what u got.

Hi Kathryn You were a late checkin (11p.m.)a key was left out for you,with a half page of intructions on where to find your room, where the free breakfast is, what time checkout is.I cannot be responsible for who puts what clothes where at 11p.m. at night.It is up to your fellow room mates to have consideration.Also you stayed here two nights, and i am on site all the time.if you had advised me of any problems ,I would have addressed them immediately Ros Green Manager
