No internet connection at all here and kind of far from the Essen Hauptbahnhof, but it was cheap and clean with a Plus Supermarket next door.

It was great accomodation for the price. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hostel and would stay there again if I return to Essen.

It´s a nice and very clean and fresh hostel. It was my second time there and I will definitely stay there again!

Nice and clean hostel, all looks brand new. When it's warm outside, rooms feel like an oven and it's hard to sleep with the windows open due to the highway nextdoor. It's a real downturn that the hostel has no seperate chill-out room for guests nor kitchen facilities for guests.

Nice place. Well off the beaten track (think German suburbia). Not much to do - the bar closes early. Nice beer garden. Clean dorms.

More of a sports complex than a hostel, and the location is not very good. It doesnt really give you any information about what to do in Essen either.

My only complaints are that the walls are very thin and there are no shower curtains. Otherwise it was VERY clean, and although it was a bit far away from the city center it was easily accessible with the U-Bahn. I also got a room to myself which was made for four people. I would stay again.

Thank you! I enjoyed my stay. I appreciated how clean your hostel is. Most of the staff were so friendly and helpful, too. I would have liked the früstick more if there were fresh fruit.

it is a bit far outside of essen (the need to say what u-bahn to get there from the city) and there isn\'t much to do there. The hostel is actually above a sports hall so you could play a few games!! It is a nice place to stay tho some other guests were noisy!
