Very nice hotel! Friendly, helpful and honest staff. Comfortable and clean rooms. Breakfast is on the seventh floor with a nice view of Hoan Kiem Lake and a menu to choose from as much as you like. Highly recommended. Anja, from Germany ~ 19th Nov 2008
