Staff were very friendly and helpful. Airport transfers and numerous tours were booked from this hotel very easily, and the prices were very reasonable. The room and bathroom were clean, and TV with good english channels! The hotel made our trip to Hanoi worth it!

This hotel was excellent at the price. (We looked around before extending our stay there). Breakfast on the 7th. floor with views over the Lake was adequate with enough variety. Thao, the main receptionist was very helpfull, and all Staff friendly without being pushy.

I would definately recommend the Golden Sun Hotel. The hotel was extremely clean and the room came with an excellent breakfast. I would definatley stay at this hotel again.

Nice hotel in good location. The staff are helpful/friendy and the rooms have everything you need. We did have trouble sleeping due to noise from building sites close by some of the nights we stayed here.
