“ Rude staff. Mostly Italian girls working there. They seem to like people from Italy and no one else. poor english and even german skills. Security is a joke. Buzz and tell them a random room number and you are in no one will look up as you walk past the reception. Check out 10 minutes late and you will loose key deposit(10E) Atmosphere nonexistent dirty rooms and unfriendly unservice minded will do their best to make you leave. nice location and cheap though ”

“ The hostel was in a great location for the money. There were a lot of bums around, but also a lot of neat shops and cheap restaurants. Also, it is right across the street from a supermarket and a 5 minute walk from the train station. The staff was very helpful, even though sometimes they didn't seem willing. However, their 24 hour reception was very nice for coming in late. The bathrooms were very small but always clean and stocked with soap and toilet paper. ”

“ We where pleasently surprised when we reached our rooms of the high standard of cleanliness, the foye and halls in the hostel states otherwise. YOU NEED to get your wifi fixed - it is SO important for travellers( i would not choose this hotel again knowing that i can´t count on the internet) We where kicked out in the middel of our stay but thanks to your pleasant staff and effeciancy of getting us a better hostel very quick( as well as paying the difference) made the experience quite ok! ”

“ We had a clean room, nicely furnished. I liked the style of the house, with high seelings, nice woodwork, built arround 100 yeras ago. However I disliked the location: very busy street, many homeless, drunk or stoned young people. In addition I disliked entrance and stairscase which were in bad shape, with discomforting smell and colored with graffity. ”

“ The hostel is situated in a safe area near the east side gallery. However, there were several issues with the hostel. The walls are too thin and it seems like they let anyone in. The cops were called at 0900 to remove of couple fighting. They should have never been allowed to booked a room. ”
