awesome hostel if you want to hike! and if you don't, Don't go to Zakopane in the summer - located away from the VERY busy, touristy city center. Very friendly staff with good hiking advice. martin, from Denmark ~ 23rd Jul 2009

Absolutely stunning hostel, log cabin right on the edge of the Tatra National Park, with wonderful mountain views. If you're going to Zakopane for hiking, then this is a great location - it's right at the start of one mountain trail, and is by the bus stop to get to Morskie Oko and the city centre. BBQ facilities provided, nice friendly staff. Only downside is the yappy dog next door! Natalie, from England ~ 14th Jul 2009
