Grande Hostel de Coimbra in High Tatras, Portugal

I stayed just one night. However when I arrived there weren't nobody on the reception. And when the responsible arrived she said she would probably not be able to do my check in because it passed 11 pm. In the morning, during the breakfast there weren't enough dishes/cutlery for the small group of guests. Besides that the hostel is well located and seems to be a very calm place.

Dear client, Our check in starts at 14.00 and you could see this conditions and rules on the contract you did with hostelworld and us. You say you arrive at 11.00 in the morning . But our check out is at 12.00 so all clients were sleeping. After clients wake up we clean the rooms and get them ready for you. So at 11.00 am it would really be impossible to give you a bed and we hope you could understand this. To clients who arrive before the hour of check in we offer a safe and free place to keep their bags like we offered you ;) The dishes and cutlery were inside our washing machine and used after being well washed.
