average, basic hostel, good staff, but I heard of lots of people in the dorms getting bed bugs, my bed was fine but still - yuk! wouldn't have stayed if I'd have known.

The staff, Iris especially, were brilliant and sooo helpful - far beyond the call of duty. There is a very laid back atmosphere and I often had to persuade myself to actually go out in KL, staying ion the hostel and chilling with a few beers was so good. Five stars, seriously, I would go back anytime.
