- “ The 6-bed dorm is very small. All you really have is a bed, with curtains surrounding it, which was enough for me anyway. I wasn't able to sleep AT ALL during the first night because the sheets were very itchy. I told the owner (by SMS) about it and he had my bed/sheets cleaned. I slept like a baby the next night. They also replaced my dilapidated towel to a new one. The staff are not really welcoming, though. They're just there to do a job. ”

“ Clean the beds more, there were some insects. ”
Thanks to our Canada guests, apologies! I the owner immediately checked and investigated your complaint. I learned that your room had a previous guest (who just left) who often brought foods to their room to eat, maybe that's the reason for some insects? I've personally supervised the total cleaning & change of new bed to that room, and I instructed staff to clean ALL rooms & to please request guests not to eat or bring foods inside bedrooms. We have nice dining areas in the gardens, in the reception lobby, in the kitchen area, in the dining hall beside the giant mango tree---all open 24-hours daily & serving hot foods plus cold beers too. Apologies! Sorry! I am very embarassed by this. Can I invite you to beers or to dinner the next time you come again? My sincere sorry & apologies! We try to maintain cleanliness always in all places, rooms, etc. Thanks for your feedback & for your visit here. Happy travels!

“ Nice little place open 24h, although the cheapest room that I chose was very small, with little floor space for bed, also, if all beds are taken, one of the beds has the airconditioner directly on it. Be careful with taxis, it really shouldn't be more than 300-400 pesos from the airport, definitely less. No hot water in bathrooms, only cold one (actually lukewarm). ”
Thanks to our guests from Latvia, east Europe. We're delighted to welcome you here. We have many European guests here :) We're making improvements to our place now based on your feedbacks. By the way, we have bigger rooms too, next time you come here. On taxis, you can always call me the owner in my mobile phone (open 24 hours) so I can talk to taxi driver. Suggest you ask taxi driver to use his Philippine mobile phone for the call, or you can text me a message so I can call and talk to taxi driver. You're right, taxi ride from Airports to Green Mango not more than P300 or P400 pesos, maybe not more than P200 pesos if no rush hour traffic jam. We're so near only. All our bedrooms' bathrooms have hot showers, sorry maybe you got a room which had problem with hot shower on that day, since you described the water as "lukewarm'? Apologies. All our bathrooms have hot showers. All bedrooms have international cable TV channels too. Thanks for coming to Green Mango Inn, the only garden-style international hostel in Metro Manila and with affordable rooms & shared dorm beds. Please "like" our Facebook page too? Regards
