Green Tortoise Seattle Hostel in Seattle, United States

This hostel is great! The showers are very good and the rooms are clean. There are big lockers in the room right under the beds which is smart because it saves space in the room and they are big enough to fit your whole luggage in there. The location is good too. It's one block from the Museum of Art and it's most likely walkable distance anywhere you want to go if you are not a lazy butt. I highly recommend this hostel. Not a good hostel at all. The rooms are VERY small. I was staying in a mix dorm for 8 people, but there were 7 guys and me, not very comfortable. They should make separate male/female rooms. It is also not very clean, hair in the showers – disgusting. No air conditioning in the rooms. The breakfast is just average and in the kitchen there is no soap for washing the dishes – also disgusting. I don’t recommend this place, only if you need to stay for a night. If you are driving here in a car, do realize that you will have to pay up the ass for parking. There is no lot for the hostel, so you'll be paying huge sums per day. Basically don't go here if you have a car, and rather opt for a hostel not in the middle of downtown. But other than this, they have good free meals and a handful of internet consoles.
