  • Staff was a bit disorganized & it didn't help that they got new software. Very friendly but I noticed that they should be more attentive with the checked baggage because it didn't seem like they were really checking that I had taken my luggage & I felt I could have probably taken anyone's. Requested an all-female room but there was a male in the room we got. Great location near all the tourist-y sites and I could tell that the bedding was cleaned very well before my arrival.

  • The last time I stayed here, it was in the old location. If you're looking for a good location in downtown, this is it. Some of the kids didn't know how to be quite while other people were sleeping though. Left the room and didn't even turn out the lights. Not the hostel's fault. Just some a&&.

  • This was a wonderfully located hostel, just a few blocks from the convention center where I was attending Emerald City Comicon. The staff were friendly and helpful above and beyond the call of duty, as I discovered when I had too much on the pub crawl and was helped back to my room. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and I felt secure in my bunk. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

  • An amazing hostel! Free food was the best part as it was a great way to meet people and feel more at home.

  • This is one of my favorite hostels. The beds were solid and well-made so if the person on the bottom bunk moved, you couldn't feel it. It made for an excellent night's rest. And, there were curtains around all the beds to block out light, the lockers were big, and the bathrooms were not only huge, but also very well-maintained. My only minor disappointment was free breakfast only because I'm allergic to eggs and they'd run out of bread. A fantastic location!

  • Great location. Cheap price. Great tours. My only complaint is no tour of where things are inside the hostel. I wasn't expecting a $20 cash deposit when I check in and a $1 credit/debit card fee. Other than that it's been good. I will stay here again next time I'm back in Seattle in a few months.

  • Fantastic! Loved the set up of the place (Van Gogh painting replica, toilet signs, memorabilia behind the counter), the cleanliness, friendliness and helpfulness of staff. A small note on the ladder for climbing to top bunks - a little hard to use and painful to stand on bare-footed.

  • The hostel is located just next to the Farmer Market! All major attractions are in walkable distances. Rooms are nice and quiet with high bunk beds. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Free dinner and breakfast is great. Next time I'm in Seattle, I would definitively stay at this hostel again!

  • Shower rooms were always full in the morning and Wi-Fi was not available in my room. Other than that everything was above average.

  • One blanket may not be enough for rainy chilly winter. But overall, I like this place. Plus, free coffee all day long is good.

  • I booked the incorrect dates and didn't actually show up. The staff were amazing about the mistake and responded quickly to any queries.

  • Staffs are very kind and friendly. We drove a car to get there, but the parking lots are too expensive. Hostel offers $5 a day for parking lots .

  • I am 57 years old, I was nervous about how it would be with very young people, no problem, the staff was exellent it was so much energy in that hostel so I felt welcome and all had time to help even with a little problem, that is a place I will recommend to everybody. And the location was fantastic. Good free food.

  • One of my favorite bathroom systems I've seen at a hostel; each one is private with a toilet and shower. Great idea! Staff were so willing to help and enthusiastic about the events. I had a great time at this place.

  • Gotta say, this is the best Hostel location I have ever seen. As previously stated, right across from Pikes Place Market. Close to public transit, ferries, walking distance to Pioneer Sq and the baseball and football stadiums. Rooms were fantastic. Privacy drapes, fans, lights and 4 power outlets were an unexpected beautiful touch. There was also a Target right next to the Hostel. Only qualms I had were the large amount of homeless and stret people hanging around and no elevators..

  • unbelieavable: booking a 6 bed room means, you get a room with 6 BEDs, but these beds can be doubles and you end up with 12 people in one room!
