Groven Travellers' Home in Phuket Patong Beach, Malaysia

I arrived late at night (anounced within my reservation), couldn't find the hostel. Even the local people in the area didn't know where the hostel is located. and nobody picked up the phone ...I am still disappointed! They charged my creditcard and I got nothing except trouble.

We really feel apologise for the trouble ( sorry ), for the deposit you paid via credit card, we are midst of deal with hotelworld.
