- “ The staff was friendly, but it seems like the company owns various hostels and though we had a reservation at one, we were taken to another. It was on the second floor, which I thought was a bit inconvenient. Also, it lacked the fun hostel atmosphere. ”

- “ It's clean and the location is excellent. 1min away from Metro, Bus Interchange, Taipei Railway Station and Taipei High Speed Railway Station. However, the atmosphere is not very good, people (including staff) living in this hostel rarely talk to other people. ”

- “ I have booked the room on Internet and I missed the first confirm. Then I sent the hostel a email asking for another room. They said its OK. But when I were there, they didinot reserve a room for us. And they said the booking fee is for the booking netbook. It is none of their business. What XXXX! They have no altitude to help us to solve the problem!!! ”

- “ The hostel is being managed by very few people. Since it spreads among three different buildings, it gets confusing and the information to get to necessary building is not readily available. Raul Montiel Cruz is the owner and is very nice and helpful. He is the one and only one that should be contacted to get things done. The hostel does not have a dryer and the self-service laundry place is not in the vicinity causing lots of inconvenience during the raining season. ”
