Da die Anlage trotz Vorbestellung voll war, wurde ich ein paar Haeuser weiter in ihr 2. Etablissement geleitet. Fuer Budgettraveller und den Preis war es angemessen, ein enges Dachgeschoss eben. Aber sehr schoen zentral gelegen an der Metrostation Zhongshan, Exit 3 gelegen. Die staendige Geraeuschkulisse der Innenstadt muss man aushalten. Wuerde wieder hingehen. Bei Abreise aufpassen, Metro faehrt erst ab 6 Uhr fruwh.

주인 아주머니 진짜 친절하세요!! 가격도 저렴하고 정말 타이페이 중심가에 있어서 여행할때 지하철이나 기차타기도 너무 편했어요... 다시 대만에 여행가게 되면 꼭 다시 이곳에 머무르고 싶어요^^ 강력추천입니다.

i stayed here for five nights. it is a great hostel, great location, and gracious owners. conveniently located to central taipei on the MRT. i also hung out with several other travellers staying here; i found it obviously to be a great environment. certainly recommend this stay to any traveller. and very cheap too!!

Taiwanmex was a good place to stay at, but not a great place. I would go back there again if I had to without a doubt. The hostess there was absolutely amazing!!! I loved talking to her. She asked me what I was doing in Taiwan and I gave her a puzzled look. I didn't really know what to do, so she gave me a subway map and started pointing at all the things I should do. She planned my whole trip for me, which was awesome!!! As far as the place was concerned, it was central to the Zhongshan subway station, but there weren't any bars in the area just to go hang out at. Also, it seemed to be located in much more of a business district.

Shower is in a cabin that is placed on a terace. This is the funniest hostel I have ever been. I will definitely come here again.

This was the best hostel experience I've had so far. The woman that works here was so knowledgable about the city and helped us with anything we needed. I would recommend this place to everyone.

its very clean and organised...most importantly MAGOS is very helpful...its a wonderful experience staying there compared to previous hostel that i have stayed in during my last visit in taipei.....

For about 10 USD a day you can't go wrong with Taiwanmex. Raul and Magos are some of the friendliest people I've met in Taiwan yet, and any questions about where to go and what to see will be quickly answered by Magos.
